1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using KorVoya ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

KorVoya offers three tiers of travel planning services:

2.1 Free DIY Tier

  • AI-generated itineraries in 3 styles (Relaxed, Balanced, Adventure)
  • PDF downloads of itineraries
  • Ad-supported experience
  • No account required for basic use

2.2 Premium Tier (£15 one-time fee)

  • Group voting on itinerary styles
  • Itinerary editing capabilities
  • Booking management tools
  • Ad-supported experience continues

2.3 Concierge Tier (£400-800 service fee)

  • Full admin curation and itinerary building
  • Premium booking service
  • Personalized travel coordination
  • AI-powered pricing based on trip complexity

3. AI-Generated Content

KorVoya uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate itinerary recommendations. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies
  • Venue names, timings, and costs should be independently verified
  • We do not guarantee availability of suggested venues or activities
  • Users are responsible for confirming all details before travel

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Premium Tier

The £15 fee is a one-time payment per trip. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once purchased, the Premium features are activated for that specific trip.

4.2 Concierge Tier

Service fees range from £400-800 based on trip complexity, determined by AI analysis. Payment is required before itinerary curation begins. This fee covers planning services only and does not include bookings or reservations unless explicitly stated.

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Premium Tier: Refunds available within 7 days if features are unused
  • Concierge Tier: 50% refund if cancellation occurs before itinerary work begins; no refunds after curation starts
  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@korvoya.com

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for trip planning
  • Verify all travel details independently before booking
  • Comply with local laws and regulations at destinations
  • Maintain security of your account credentials (if registered)
  • Not misuse or abuse the Service or AI features

6. Intellectual Property

All content on KorVoya, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KorVoya or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Itineraries generated for you are licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit KorVoya-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KorVoya shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
  • Travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes to suggested venues
  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated content or recommendations
  • Third-party services, bookings, or reservations made based on our itineraries
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers:

  • OpenAI: For AI-powered itinerary generation
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing
  • MailerSend: For email communications

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
